CANCELLATION
POLICY

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for bookings once payment has been made.

 

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session without incurring any additional fees, provided that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

 

Late Cancellations

Bookings that are cancelled within the 48-hour notice period may not be eligible for rescheduling, and any decision to do so will be at the discretion of Cosmetic Nurse Storm.

 

Exceptions

In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation.

 

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

 

Confirmation

Upon rescheduling, you will receive confirmation of your new appointment date and time. Please ensure to keep this confirmation for your records.
